I like the location of my house because it is in a small quiet town. Also, I have kids and the house is located right across the street from a baseball field and a kids park. They absolutely love it. The neighbors are very friendly and the area is very safe – no need for outdoor cctv cameras or anything like that.

There are stores nearby and downtown is not very far away. The yard is not the biggest but it suits our needs. I also put in a firepit in the backyard for times sitting around with the family or friends. The house itself is white, rectangle in shape, and has three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. The half bathroom is also included with a washer and dryer. Also it has an attached one car garage that I hope to turn into a couple bedrooms with work. The house is older and was originally built to house troops for WWII but has been recently remodeled and I love the ideas the owner put into place. I am now looking to buy it as my first home! For a house, it is everything I can ask for.
